Terms (draft)

These terms are a draft. They will be completed before the first pack is sold.

What you get

A pack of A4 maps, field sheets and GPS waypoints for one site and one plot, made to order by a person and sent as files, or an existing public pack. Nothing is ordered or charged until you accept a price.

Prices

Academic and non-commercial use is free with a verified education email. Landholders pay AUD 95 per site for their own block and personal use; professional and commercial use is AUD 350 per site; anything larger is quoted in writing. [GST included]. Prices are introductory and reviewed quarterly; the price you accept is the price you pay.

What a pack is not

Packs are planning and field-survey aids. They are not a land survey, an engineering design, a biodiversity assessment or a species survey, and they are not legal or regulatory advice. Contours from LiDAR are not survey levels, and nearby species records are indicative, never a complete list.

Using the maps

You may print the maps and use them in reports and publications, for the use you declared, as long as the credit lines printed on each sheet stay with them. Put the figure credit in the caption of any map image you reproduce; a reference alone is not enough. The data behind the maps is used under the licences listed on the licences page; those licences continue to apply to it.
