How the frames are drawn, in R
The sampling design and the analysis are written in R and rendered with Quarto. Each page below opens on its own: the code, the figures and the numbers, as run for that site.
- Sampling design: COT · Cotter – Paddys River How the 1 × 1 m frames for Cotter – Paddys River were drawn: cells classed by LiDAR upper-stratum cover, the stratified and systematic draws, and the seeds.
- Sampling design: KPR · Kambah Pool Nature Reserve How the 1 × 1 m frames for Kambah Pool Nature Reserve were drawn: cells classed by LiDAR upper-stratum cover, the stratified and systematic draws, and the seeds.
- Sampling design: MUL · Mulligans Flat Nature Reserve How the 1 × 1 m frames for Mulligans Flat Nature Reserve were drawn: cells classed by LiDAR upper-stratum cover, the stratified and systematic draws, and the seeds.
- Sampling design: PNR · The Pinnacle Nature Reserve How the 1 × 1 m frames for The Pinnacle Nature Reserve were drawn: cells classed by LiDAR upper-stratum cover, the stratified and systematic draws, and the seeds.
- Groundcover analysis: COT · Cotter – Paddys River The analysis for groundcover data typed into a pack: ground-stratum species against upper-stratum closure (a Poisson GLM with grazing as a covariate), % live, and field closure against LiDAR cover.
The pages are large (about 2 MB each, with their figures). They are rendered from the same scripts that drew the packs.
